1. Consultation Services
All fees for completed consultation sessions are non-refundable, as payment is made for our time, expertise, and strategic recommendations.
2. Prepaid Packages
If you have purchased a prepaid consulting package:
Before Services Begin – You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been conducted.
After Services Begin – A partial refund may be issued for unused sessions, calculated based on the standard rate per session, minus any applicable administrative fees.
3. Project-Based Consulting
For consulting engagements billed on a project basis:
Initial Deposit – All deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
Cancellation Before Project Start – A full refund of any payments (excluding deposits) will be issued.
Mid-Project Cancellation – Refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
4. No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellations
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without at least 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling credit.
